Before entering the employee recognition space, she spent her career working on collaborative teams dedicated to helping children overcome obstacles and thrive—a passion that still shapes how she leads and serves others today.
A proud Furman University graduate, Jill brings heart, creativity, and a people-first mindset to everything she does. Whether she’s working to improve her tennis game, supporting local childhood cancer organizations, or daydreaming about long walks on the beach, Jill approaches each mission—both in and out of work—with dedication, imagination, and purpose.
